The Arts Academy Charter Middle School Proudly presents Model Students, directed by Shannon Felletter and David Maslow.

This 30 minute play, starring a few of AACMS’s talented students, shares a glimpse into a futuristic world where a warehouse stores stereotypical models of all humanity. When everything goes according to programming, these models ideally carry out their functions and follow the storyline that’s been written for them. But as it is with humankind, student models can be the most volatile- prone to stubborn bouts of independence countered with sometimes surprisingly rational behavior… As the students free themselves of the programming they’ve been given, the question turns to whether the adults can do the same. 

Performances are on November 16th at 2PM and 6PM
